Polyfoam Corporation Introduces THERMALOK Insulated Containers

Northbridge, MA  – Polyfoam Corporation announced the introduction of the first items in its new THERMALOK Insulated Containers line. These coolers, made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, were specially engineered and designed to outperform any comparable product in the marketplace.

Mr. Tom Coz, President of Polyfoam Corporation, stated, "We’ve been manufacturing insulated containers for years, and recognized a need for exceptional insulating properties in the transportation of perishable items such as pharmaceuticals and foods. THERMALOK was developed to offer the best possible solution."

THERMALOK Insulated Containers have several features combined to offer exceptional performance characteristics. A unique internal design, incorporating sidewall channels and stand-off floor pads allows for uniform temperature control throughout the pack, and keeps condensation away from the product being insulated. The lid is secured with a tight "friction fit", and its tongue-in-groove interlock design minimizes heat loss.

Testing by an independent lab verified that THERMALOK outperforms several products currently on the market. Over a 24-hour period, THERMALOK maintained a lower internal temperature than all the competing brands tested.
